Ten Ways to Manage Stress
1. Begin your day by spending time with God.
2. Develop a mission statement for your life.
3. Set goals that will help you fulfill your mission.
4. Eliminate from your life everything that does not move you toward the
achievement of your goals.
5. Keep a running conversation with God during the day.
6. Take five-minute "soul breaks" twice a day to relax.
7. Remember that God is bigger than any problem.
8. Keep life in perspective-God's perspective.
9. Do what you can, and leave the rest to God.
10. Leave room on your plate for fun.
